2. Services

Hey Ginger provides photography, content creation, and marketing services, including strategy and digital support. Services are delivered based on an agreed scope, proposal, or package. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.

  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels after work has begun, payment is required for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • No refunds are provided for completed services or delivered digital assets.

5. Photography & Content Usage

  • Hey Ginger retains full copyright of all images and content created.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use final delivered content for their own business and marketing purposes.

  • Hey Ginger may use all images and content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials required for services

  • Respond to approvals and feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensure necessary permissions are obtained for people, locations, or brands featured

Hey Ginger is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hey Ginger is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Intellectual Property

All concepts, strategies, drafts, and unused materials remain the intellectual property of Hey Ginger unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, copy content without permission, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
